Didnt sleep the pervious night as sis was not feeling at her best (having mild contraction pain at her abdomen) so we chat till morning since we are all going to accompany her for her follow-up at KK the next morning after breakfast.
While on the way to Hong Xi restaurant for our breakfast, she was having a higher degree of contraction pain but it was still bearable. Looking at her in pain, everyone (Mum, Bro in law, Bro, Fat & myself - 9am) wasnt really enjoying the 'Dim Sum'.
Halfway through breakfast (when no ones want to order anymore food), i went to foot the bill and when i return, i saw Bro-in law helping her up. Its better to go to the hospital by Taxi first, Mum, Bro and Fat will join us later after breakfast.
We went down the lift, smoke a few puff (with Fat hopping fast to catch up with us - 10am) and got up the cab. The taxi uncle was as excited as we are... joking with one another saying that sister might just deliver the baby onboard. Hahaha!
When we reached KK (10.20am), Bro-in law suggest we go straight to the delivery ward since on the pervious follow-up, the nurse informed that if she is in pain, she could admit straight.
Only the husband was allowed to stay while we waited outside at the waiting room. Well, its hard to keep me away from my brave sister especially when she is in pain, i sneaked in to check on her (if the nurse caught me, i will say i lost my way.
(Actually Sister water-bag rupture last night, so she had to be on Antibiotics)
By 1pm, we got tired and decided to return home, wash-up and get some rest. I sneaked in once again to bid farewell to sister and say i will return at 5pm.
Hurrying Mum & Fat (5pm) to leave home as we are late and sis has call to asked where we are... Kekeke, must be very boring laying at the delivery suite. Bro-in-law is nervous, doubt he will crack any jokes to lift my sister mood.
(Bro and small uncle came to join us at the waiting room around 6.30pm)
The time came when the nurse annouced that she is ready for labour (Natural birth)... it seems like a long wait. Mum got panick and start finding place to pray and she must have some kind of motherly senses, in the next few seconds... Bro-in law came out running... ITS A BABY BOY - both are well!
Mum (always a Kanjong spider) was so relieved... Phew!
*Sis could not find that new pair of Ipanema slipper which i brought for her from Brazil*
She wear it the 1st time and got robbed at the delivery suite... Hee hee
