How can NOEL sent such an ugly pot of substitution when what i ordered was not at all equalvalent to what you can see from the display photos!!!
It make my blood boil instantly when my dear friend back home sent me these photos.
Two months back, I was so proud of myself when she told me how much she love this surprise. But, that was without knowing that the final product was actually a messy piece of art substituted due to stock unavailability as explained by the flowerist.
I immediately drop a complaint letter to their sales dept expressing my dissappointment towards not informing me that a change had been done! How 
can they make a change without my approval. This type of business gimmicks is absolutely not acceptable!
I demand them to quickly send a resolution... I turn down their offer in sending my friend flowers as compensation. What i need is a cactus that can remind my dear friend to be strong at difficult times like this...
