Bidding farewell to all my colleagues was hard for me... Acting very happy in front of them as though i was going for a long vacation did help to cool down a bit of the emotion. Phew... false pretense had always been difficult!
Mum & sis were at home waiting for me to catch up with some talking. Sis got me alot of instant noodles, isnt she such a dear! Ah Zhong came over later in the afternoon for he was on MC that day.
Dad was at work & bro came home straight from work so that he could join me & the others to the airport later at night.
Rachel & Tiong Eng drop by my place during evening time while i was putting the last minute stuffs into my big suitcase with the help of my mum. Both of them have to study for the oncoming exams thus will not be seeing me to the airport.
Fat sneak out from work to serve as the driver for the night, so kind of him eh?
Surprisingly Johnny came to the airport to bid me & zeon farewell and when i ask why he took such a trouble as to come down? He merely quote that he was so free & since the distance is quite near to his place so he dont mind a bit of driving. So humbly said...
Ah Pei, Ah Hock, Weiming & Lingpei were also at the airport to see me off along with my Mum, Sister, Bro, Fat & Ah zhong.
Fat had to leave for work because his workers had been rushing him to go over to T3 to oversee some completed job. Sadly he went off without seeing me through the departure gate.
When it was time to board the plane, everyone say good bye to me & i proceed to turn my back on them.
No one look back at me... and with that, i say a silent prayer to keep them safe & healthy while i am away for a short period of time.
Call dad while walking to the boarding gate & from his voice, i know he is still sad over me not heeding his advice to stay in Singapore. Kept telling me to come back if life is hard over at Brazil for the family dont need so much money to have me stay aboard working.
*Thanks to Dad & Sis* Since the day i empty your savings to go over to Scotland for my studies, providing a better life for the family had always been my goal. Not forgetting Mum & Bro whom are always there for me.
Dont worry about me, I will do just fine with my 'never say die character'... wait for me to be back! i love you all.
