    *Ring* : 10:46 pm

An impulse to blog today… Emotional anguish flood over me as I felt so disgusted by the ugliness / sight in mankind especially we CHINESE.

As usual myself & Sam (sitting in front of me) took the company transport back home and when we are about to reach LOT 1 MRT station (the usual drop-off point for some of us), a loud moaning sound came from the back of our seats.

I turn towards the direction of the moaning sound & locate a pair of big watery eyes which seems to be begging for some help accompanied with a sound which cant seems to make out any words for the people beside him to understand.

A look-liked Indian colleague (not sure whether he was a foreigner) groans in pain, with arms tightly clasp together in front of his chest, foam / saliva started to appear from his mouth (uncontrollably drooling) & followed by swaying of his body in a dizzy state. How I wish I had a good vocabulary to express his overwhelm devastation look & sound which still lingers in my head.

I bet everyone in the bus heard him but the victim only receive many turning heads staring at his sorry state. *Maybe they are trying to figure out whats happening*

    Disgust

    1. A Chinese uncle whom sat one seat away from him, stood up reacted with a sheepishly smile, mumbling something & carries a look dying to get off the bus as soon as it stop. Indeed, once the bus door flew opens… he hops off immediately without turning his head followed by some others who can’t wait to get off the bus. *Maybe the uncle & the others are really in a rush of time*

    2. All the uncle, aunties, young guys & gals (MOSTLY CHINESE) simply stick their ass on their seats & stare at the victim not offering any asisstance. *Maybe since the others had already offer their asisstance, they might as well sit & watch. As for the ladies, they might be terrified thus do not know what to do*

Like the old saying; Chinese people are like a plate of scatter sand.
    ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Sam & I stood up and ask for help (at first none of them move till a thai-liked guy came forward), pat at the victim and ask if he can hear him.

The thai-liked guy rose his voice asking: Can anyone call the ambulance after confirming the victim is nowhere near to being conscious & decided to carry the victim down the bus with some Indians guys (who also help in comforting the victim) while waiting for the ambulance. Somehow the guys did not manage to get the victim down the bus as he had uncontrollably pee in his pants at a sudden.

Sam suggested that we carry the guy down the bus while I call for the ambulance. Sam then pick-up the victim’s bag & notes and we got down the bus to look-out for the ambulance and I help to usher those cars at the back to overtake our bus.

In the meantime, A Caucasian lady mumbles something like getting a doctor from the nearby clinic with an affirmative tone. She got down the bus, ran to her Caucasian BF who was waiting for her at the drop-off point & off the guy run and minutes later came back together with another guy running towards our direction with a stethoscope in hand.

The doctor performs the necessary check on the victim by hearing the sound generated by his inside body.

Soon, the ambulance arrives & the doctor went forward to deliver his examine to the civil personnel. Suggestion was to have the victim sent to the hospital as he was still unfit to be left unattended. With minimum persuasion; the victim rose from his seat in a shaking manner and get on the stretcher with some help.

    My Ten cents thoughts

    1. Seek help when you felt uncomfortable because most of the time you cannot control the unexpected outbreak when things happen and people beside you will not know how to react in time. *At least, I must admit that i am terrified to see the victim reacts that way* Haiz... really timid of me!!!

    2. Provide assistance to others in need regardless he / she is an ‘Ang Mao', 'Ban Ga La' / Thai / Indonesian, Prostitute, Ah Bengs / Ah Lians or Maid, its a life we are talking about & not social status.

I believe we would like others to lend their helping hands when we met up with misfortune. *Pray to GOD... Bless myself, my family, my loves-ones & my friends to come home safely everyday without harm*

~ Some type of people will never understand what i meant ~
    ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Talk about social status… In the modern society, occupation is usually thought of as the main determinant of status.

Status inconsistency is a situation where one self is not in control of… No one wish to led a life by earning that miserable few dollars working under the hot sun or entertaining those people that are willingly to pay them to support / solve those ever accumulating problems that are able to be resolve by the PRICE of $$$.

PRICE & PRIDE do ties together, thus… be grateful that we are leading a life without having to 'give much face' to C.A.S.H which allows us to hold our pride high by being priceless.

With the above, we are able to enjoy the fun by shutting up those people who likes to bullshit about how much money they have or how those bunch of 'so-called sluts' flocks around him because he is like a money-god.

Lets see who have the last laugh… what goes around, comes around… you will never know when you would need to bow upon your own PRICE-TAG that might be much lower in value as compare to those people that you had once commented.

RESPECT people as a human-being, understand people who came from all walks of life & be lenient with your words. Dont look down on them (not asking you to believe every single one of them like a naive baby - be smart) as most of the time… they are good people with a great sense of integrity & humour cum a far more responsible husband / wife & filial son / daughters than those Doctors, Lawyers or Graduates.

NOTE: Above said meant no accusation

    Comments for Humans...
Well, I guess Singaporeans still do not know how to react during this kind of urgency situation. I dont think I will know much too.

As for human beings, I always think that we ought to do our best and appreciate what we have. Do not take for granted in everything and everyone in life.
